Home Made Drink

*cough* *cough* Sorry, it's been awhile since I have written here. I have been ill. :(

Here's a hot drink my mom made for me. It's hot water, with 1/2 a lemon, and 1 table spoon of white sugar. She cut up the lemon, added it to the glass. Then she added boiling water in the cup, and lastly added sugar. Mmmm, this is a good comfort drink when you're sick.

I have drafted up some posts, but I have to add finishing details...they will be up soon.

Later!

Glasses from ClearlyContacts.ca

I'm pretty satisfied with my order from ClearlyContacts.ca. There is a wide selection of frames to choose from. Shipping and handling was about $11; my glasses were delivered within a week, with overnight shipping. The glasses with light durable 1.59 Polycarbonate lenses cost $38. I would consider this a bargain site, in comparison to brick and mortar stores, to purchase eye wear. I use these glasses for lightly, since they are pretty heavy. I would defiantly purchase glasses from CC again.

-3.5 /5 overall

Lancome: Hydra Zen (NeuroCalm) Cream, Toner (the 2 items in photo) and Gel (Sample)
I received a 3-piece-gift-set from my cousin in Japan. I throughly enjoyed the products. It was heavily floral scented. It was easy to apply, and it didn't irritate my skin. I would defiantly purchase this product.

Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal

My brother and I thoroughly ended Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal; which costs about $3. It is served hot. The oatmeal is the perfect consistency and sweetness. There's dried fruits and nuts in it. It is a healthy choice, and quite filling. This breakfast item great for people who are on-the-go. One can grab a coffee, and breakfast at Starbucks. Now, that is convenient!

Review: The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Line

First, I like to apologize for the poor quality of my photos. I took them on my cell phone camera. Above is a photo of my Tea Tree Oil stash. I very much enjoy their line of product. It works well for my combination skin.
2 photos of the Tea Tree Oil Face Mask (110 g; 100 ml). I bought this product on sale in the Fall for under $15 CAD. It is great item, I use it once a week. One tub has lasted me for 5 months. This mask controls blackheads quite well, and leaves my skin feeling smooth. Every time I put the mask on, there is a tingly feeling. That cooling sensation feels great!

This is The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Blemish Fade Night Lotion (30ml). I bought this item on sale, so it cost about $12. I would highly recommend this product; controls oil on my face, doesn't clog my pores, and it prevents new blemishes. I didn't mind the tea tree oil smell, although my brother disliked it very much. This product ran out very quickly for me which was quite disappointing. I used this item everyday and it lasted for approximately a month.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Face Wash (250 ml) for less than $15; again I bought this item when it was on sale. I use this face wash 2 times a day, and it lasts for me about 4 months. It foams up nicely, and the smell grew on me. It is a nice cleanser, but it does not remove all 'impurities' (i.e. makeup) from my skin. After washing my face I usually use a toner. I would re-buy this product, it is effective in controlling oil, and keeping my skin in a healthy state.

Close-up of Tea Tree Oil Blotting Paper.

Tea Tree Oil Blotting Paper costs $10 CAD for a package of 2. Each package contains 65 sheets. I really, REALLY like this item. It removes shine from my face, and leaves a nice matted finish, so no more shiny skin for me. I just gently pat my face with a sheet and my skin feels lighter, and more refreshed. I carry blotting paper everywhere I go. I am addicted to this product.

Review: The Body Shop Grapefruit Body Butter

The Body Shop Grapefruit Body Butter (48 g; 50 ml) costs about $10 CAD. This product is recommended for people with 'normal skin'. The condition of my skin vary; in the winter it is super dry, and in the summer it is 'normal'. I would highly recommend this rich creamy product. I used this product daily and it lasted me for a good 4 months. It is very moisturizing, and long lasting. I love the fruity grapefruit smell of this cream. I would definitely repurchase this item again, but in a large tub (200 ml for $20).
